At Doggy Base, we’ve designed a unique booking system to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for both you and your dog. Our staggered drop-off times allow us to give every pup the personalised attention and care they deserve.

Important Information for New Customers
Before joining our daycare family, all new customers must complete an induction session at the center and sign a contract. This is a great opportunity for you to tour our facilities, learn about our services, and allow us to assess your dog’s suitability for the daycare environment. The induction session typically lasts around 30 minutes, during which you’ll stay with your dog the entire time to ensure they feel comfortable and secure.

To maintain the highest quality of care, we operate strictly by appointment only and have limited spaces available for all services. Please be sure to book well in advance to secure your spot and avoid disappointment.

Booking Conditions – What You Need to Know

​

• Drop-Off Window: You are allocated a 15-minute window after your time slot begins to drop off your dog. If you cannot make it during this time, please inform our team as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse entry if you arrive outside your allotted time.

• Collection Times: Your collection time is either 5, 8, or 10 hours after drop-off, depending on the service booked. If you need to collect your dog at a different time, notify the team as soon as possible. Approval for alternative collection times is at our discretion. If not feasible, you must arrange for your dog to be collected as scheduled.

• Vaccination Requirements: All vaccination courses must be completed at least two weeks before your dog’s first day at daycare.

• Pricing and VAT: All prices include VAT, and VAT receipts are available upon request.
