We have a unique booking system that allows you to book a time-slot for dropping off your dog. We have staggered start times to ensure your dog receives the best quality service whilst in our care at all times.

All new customers must have an induction at the centre and signed contract before being able to join. This allows you to see our facilities and what we have to offer and gives us the opportunity to assess your dogs suitability to the day care environment.

We have limited spaces for all services so please book well in advanced to avoid disappointment.

You are allocated a 15 minute window after your time slot begins to drop your dog off. If you are unable to make it during this time, you must inform the team as soon as possible. We have the right to refuse entry of the dog into day care should you be running over your allotted time. 
 

When it comes to collecting your dog, your collection time is either 5, 8 or 10 hours after drop off, depending on what service you have booked.
If you need to collect your dog at a different time to this, you must inform the team as soon as possible. It is at our discretion if this is possible, if not, you must make your own alternative arrangements for your dog to be collected.

Please also note that all vaccinations courses must be completed a minimum of 2 weeks before your dog can start to enjoy our day care.

All prices are inclusive of VAT. VAT receipts are available upon request.
